Synergy Finance LLC is a company registered in NY that makes outbound calls to solicit business loan clients. It has been widely accepted that they are a scam. With their aggressive behavior and abusive language any claim of legitimacy has long been debunked. Even though, very little evidence of wrong doing has been presented, until now. For the past while I have been investigating these criminals and it looks like there is many factors of their business that actually breaks many federal financial regulations as well as circumvents the major state regulator of financial services.
The Documents
As you know we have been trying to infiltrate their operations. Creating the documents required I am able to determine what exactly they are looking for. The second call I made to them I sent my credit card statements as well as the transactional history of my fake account. These were just screenshots of my fake bank. I manually added in each transaction.
I also sent them 9 files of credit card statement. This is just one.
Obviously they did not want this because it did not provide enough account details. So after I got off the phone with him I made a crude account summary and sent it to him in spite telling him he was stupid for asking for the exact same info. Here is that file:
Editing Documents
This wasn’t very good work. It was quick. I don’t think he even got this one though. Regardless it set me off on a mission to create some much better documents. Luckily in todays video ( https://youtu.be/3rJA9btWCEA ) he gives me a sample document, so I am able to figure out which document he wants. With that I was able to find an editable template. All you have to do is edit the details to your own and you have a workaround to the fake banks lack of reporting tools. I also went to ChatGPT for some advice. I asked it what was the closest font to Bank of Americas statement font. It told me that their font was proprietary, which I knew, and didnt ask, but it gave me a list of fonts that were very similar. I was able to find ‘Liberation Serif’ on dafont.com https://www.dafont.com/search.php?q=Liberation+Serif This made the documents look much nicer in my opinion.

I’m curious about whether you ever got any responses from New York or the Federal government? This is obviously a scam and they must be breaking some New York and Federal laws with all these calls. Unlike most scammers, they seem to have a physical address in New York, so in theory, the government could pursue them for these violations.
They still call me several times a week, but fortunately, my phone app is very good at warning me it is likely a scam caller so I usually just send their calls straight to voicemail and they never leave a message. Unfortunately, they never call from the same number, so blocking them does no good.
Now I have a question for you. You can say its one of my concerns about them. I have seen and read all your videos and posts on this issue, everywhere you just assune they are scammer but never explained or showed enough ( I would say nothing) to prove what you made out of it. How are they scamming? Instead to prove they are a scam you were trying to scam them by sending them false information about your statements. So who is scamming whom here actually? Rather you can be accused of false accusation. They are a BPO industry owned call centre and a legitimate business. And they employ south asian employees in south asia call centre. So obviously they are not situated or calling you from USA and its not clever for them to accept the fact that they are not from US as you guys already feel suspicious after hearing their accent. So they hide it which is the only thing they hide. Other than that I can tell you its a legit direct lending company. They are just doing it form other country to reduce the cost. Imgine the value diffence of $ from Indian Rupee. They are TELEMARKETERS not scammers.
