“I chose TakeAglassofwater because of his unique style of scambaiting. I love his style because of his quick wit and hilarious sense of humor. Although he can have longer calls, his short calls are very effective at playing mind games with scammers; that definitely affects their ability to scam. When we call flood, I have spoken to scammers after they have talked with Take, who are more triggered and are less likely to successfully steal from real victims. Take is a genuine person who very much cares for victims and shows a lot of love and support for other scambaiters. He gives 10% of proceeds to the MS Foundation!” CJ SCAMS
TakeAglassofwater media became interested in scambaiting 2 years ago when receiving calls from a PCH scammer who had his number, which was formerly owned by a victim. His interest in how stupid it sounded and how anyone could fall for it began his journey. This led him to You Tube where he became addicted to Kitboga, Scammer Revolts, and Boda. He was diagnosed with MS and while at a clinic he watched a video of Boda and commented, he was struck by Boda’s reply “We got you”. Subsequently losing his job, Boda/ Elma were his outlet and it led him to Hoax Hotel, Alogical, and Scambait Naansense who he attributes to being his biggest influence. The Jerky Boys and prank calls as a teenager are the basis of his natural comedy. After observing scambaiters and how people fall for the scams, he felt a need to get involved. In 2020 he acquired a text now number, an app, and began making calls and recordings, all along watching other scambaiters such as Salty Dogg and Scambait TV. He then found Genesis Floods. Hearing the chaos of the beautiful people yelling at scammers he called in and rambled his comedic nonsense and the rest is history! “Take a Glass” as we call him describes his style as “Goofy nonsense rage that exposes how stupid and disgusting some of these people are: using real life situations”.
